Will my invoice be the same as my order?

No, due to our supplier is in china and we pay a totally different price for remember we buy our products from china at their prices and we mark them up to make a profit for ourselves but our prices are lower. for example:

item may cost us $100.00 plus their custom and shipping fees of around $47.00 totaling $147.00, as in all businesses we then mark the price up around $50.00 depending on the product then the customer pays the final price $197.00, this is why we offer no shipping due to the shipping and custom fees are located within the price. So please note you are not being scammed or duped.

What does (No MOQ) Means?

It means No Minimum Order Quantity: Basicaly if you want to purchase items in bulk we then call it wholesale due to you will receive discounts on your orders. For example: If a purchase cost you $150.95 for 1 item that will be what you pay for each item, however if you contact our live help sales and wish to purchase orders of 2 or more you might be paying $ 120.00 each or less, this is only an example.

How much do you charge for shipping and handling?

All products prices shipping / handling and custom fees, we have our website to offer free shipping on orders over a dollar so that you will not incure any more charges other than the price you pay during checkout.

 All of our products come directly from china and must be processed through customs in order to be delivered to your place of business or home. The fees of shipping per item covers China Customs, US Customs and Delivery being from either UPS, FEDX, DHL, and USPS.

Do you charge Taxes?

YES At this time we ONLY charge sales taxes to the residence of West Virginia only. Which means more savings in your pocket if you do not reside in West Virginia.

How we do our business with you?

Simple, we offer you the merchandise at a fair value to save you money, when you purchase from us we contact china and give them the order and they ship it out to you providing the payment has been made in full before shipping.

Our Supplier stands by a 12 month warrenty and will work hands over heels to provide you with excellent service by backing up their merchandise with the warrenty on their merchandise.

However if you are not happy with your merchandise you may return it to us at Hillbilly Electronics LLC for a full refund less shipping and handling.

Will my packages have your name on it?

No it will say SHENZHEN CN, this is from the supplier. Unless the item is shipped to us for final inspection to make sure you are getting what you ordered then the package will state Hillbilly Electronics LLC.

How Fast Can I Get My Products?

• The time from when you pay, to the time when you receives the goods, is typically 1-3 weeks.
• Order processing, warehouse picking and packing, and dispatch: same day or 1 business day for orders up to 50pcs.
• All products are sent to Hillbilly Electronics LLC from China, we then inspect the content to validate the order is correct, then we ship it to you (the customer).

Returns and Refunds

• If you experience any problem with a product bought from Hillbilly Electronics LLC, contact us first and we will do our best to advise you. Any returns must be discussed with Hillbilly Electronics LLC Customer Support in advance, and authorized so they are sent with the correct paperwork.
• In the event of any returned goods where you are requesting a repair or credit under warranty, your shipping costs returning the products to the Hillbilly Electronics LLC warehouse in China are payable by you, and cannot be compensated by Hillbilly Electronics LLC.
• Physical damage to a product caused by the user; opening products up, e.g. to repair or modify components; or flashing the firmware or using non-approved software - invalidates the warranty

Wired - May take from 3 days to 7 Days to clear depending on the banks to collect and clear payments. (If paying by wire you must contact us for instruction on wiring the funds to us, once funds are recieved we will ship the order the next business day excluding Weekends and Holidays)

Certified Cashiers Checks and Money Orders - Will ship out order as soon as the CCC/MO Has been deposited into our account.
